If it still doesn t work try a different known good activpen. You do need to use the promethean pen to select different tools etc in notebook though. Put the tip back in the pen and try it on the activboard again. Promethean board pens feature a detachable plastic nib. If it is not under warranty your school will need to purchase a replacement. Just wanted to clarify about lab.
