Point a hairdryer around the lenses to warm the plastic.
Heat the frames around your lenses on the medium setting for 5 minutes.
Turn your hair dryer onto a medium heat and speed setting to warm up the plastic.
Hold the hair dryer about 6 inches 15 cm from your glasses frames.
Move the dryer around the frames near the lenses so they re more flexible and you re able to remove the lenses.
If the lens is held in the plastic frame tightly you will need to gently warm the frame in order to get the lens out.
After heating the frame for one minute attempt to use remove the lens gently.
You will hear a clicking sound indicating that your lens is in its place.
The lens has a bezel or pointed edge that fits inside the rim of the frame.
Compress the frame together around the lens and hold it closed with one hand.
The lens should snap in place.

After about one to two minutes pull the glasses out of the water and place the dislodged lens along the top groove of the frame.
Be sure to do this over a soft surface so the lens does not crack.
Submerge the frames in water about a minute if the lenses did not come out in step 1.
